Ningbo Meiyee Home Co.,Ltd is a family owned enterprise with a history of 29 years, founded in July 1996, is a private OEM enterprise integrating scientific research, development, manufacturing and trade based on the research and development background of “high-tech colleges”.
After 29years of hard work and development, Meiyee has become the factory area of 25000 square meters, staff 150 people, the domestic large scale and continuous foaming material supply ability of natural rubber(widely used in the mouse Pat, yoga mat,floor mat, car floor mat, pet mat and other mat products) wholesale supplies production base.
Product certification
High quality natural rubber from Vietnam 3L, computer automatic batching system, ensure the quality stability. Factory passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environment system certification for the production process. Dust-free workshop management, through the BSCI social responsibility certification on the social responsibility of the employees, the factory all the production process through the national environmental protection monitoring acceptance criteria. Factory all products through the SGS ROHS/REACH/En71, 72, 73…/GRS certification.

Meiyee has 2Lines (45 meters long, 2.5 meters wide) foam production line, 4 units of 75L mixer, 8 units Extrusion machine, 2 sets of 350 t extruder, 2, 4 stone rolling machine, 2 sets of wait automation aniseed proportioning system, 1 set of small material proportioning system automation, 7 fully automatic computer automatic cutting bed, daily supply 15000 square meters. Rubber color, features can be customized according to customer demand formulation. Can choose a variety of surface composites, the production of fast delivery, the material sample 3 days.
